50 years of history
Family and Sharing
Located in Tinqueux, near the historic town of Reims, L’Assiette Champenoise is a family inn founded in 1975 by Jean-Pierre and Colette Lallement. A true institution of French gastronomy, Arnaud Lallement, son of Jean-Pierre and Colette, took over the management of the House in 2000. Driven by his love for cooking and his desire to share the wealth of the Champagne region, Arnaud knew how to create a place where culinary excellence and warm welcome meet to achieve the award of 3 Michelin stars in 2014 and 19/20 in Gault et Millau.
